WINDOW VISITS MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE.

Effective April 28th, 2020, we reserve the right to deny window visits that have not been scheduled in advance.

As the weather becomes warmer, we ask that you please call to schedule a window visit with the Social Services coordinator in your loved one’s neighborhood. We love helping with window visits, but we do not want multiple people gathered on the lawn or around the building at one time. Calling in advance also gives us time to prepare for your visit without suddenly disturbing your loved one or other residents.

We are very happy to help with scheduling and setting up a time for your visit, but we do ask that you give us advanced notice. Residents in neighborhoods without direct window access, such as Anna Brown, will be moved to an area where a visit is accessible, provided the visit has been scheduled in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to more great ‘window-visiting’ weather!
