Our warm-water aquatic fitness classes are available to individuals aged 40 and above, targeting core strength, range of motion, flexibility, and balance through a full-body, low-impact, fun workout that anyone can enjoy. The water provides perfect resistance and minimizes aches and soreness associated with dryland workouts. Our program benefits everyone seeking a low-impact workout and those recovering from surgery or procedures aimed at enhancing mobility. Our state-of-the-art pool can raise and lower the floor in about 6 minutes to accommodate participants who might have difficulty entering and exiting.
