Long-term success
Our short-term rehabilitation supports those needing a little extra care after a hospital stay for surgery, illness, or injury. Good Samaritan Home helps individuals regain the life skills required for daily living, in our state of the art facility. With therapy and skilled nursing care, we’ll help you restore your daily function so you can safely return home, or reach the highest level of independence possible.
We offer 28 Medicare certified beds in Eber Gardens and McReynolds Center neighborhoods. We provide highly skilled levels of nursing and rehabilitation services following at least a three-night inpatient hospital stay (observation status days do not count towards Medicare’s requirements). If you have a Medicare Advantage Replacement Plan, preauthorization is required from your insurance company. A waiver program is available to individuals meeting certain criteria. Ask our admissions office for more details.
