RESIDENT COUNCIL
It’s time to start thinking about Resident Council Officers! Officers include President, Vice-President, and Secretary. The Secretary would preside over the meeting in absence of the President & Vice-President, and assist the staff coordinator in proofing the meeting minutes. Secretary is a limited term. Vice-President presides in absence of the President. The President presides over the meetings, and they, along with their Vice-President, are elected for a single term of 2 consecutive years, permissible with another two-year term possible after a lapse of two years. If you are interested in any of these positions, or would like to nominate someone, please let Kayla Hoerr or your unit Social Services Aide know! The election for new officers will take place during Octobers Resident Council Meeting.
