– SENIORS IN MOTION AT THE YMCA

Seniors in Motion at the YMCA on June 24^th. Demos of classes offered at the Y, followed by a fellowship potluck. Meet other health seekers and ask questions to the instructors and trainers.  

3-4 p.m.   Demo Get Fit and Tai Chi.       4-5 p.m. bring a dish to share.
