This and That…

-Have you been following the Winter Olympics on NBC? As of Thursday February 10^th, the United States sits in 4^th place with 9 total medals (3 Gold, 5 Silver, & 1 Bronze). Russia leads all countries with 11 total, and Austria & Norway are tied for 2^nd with 10 each. Wednesday evening, American Figure Skater Nathan Chen captured Gold in Men’s Figure Skating in dominating fashion! The Olympics will conclude Sunday, February 20^th.

-The Quincy Children’s Museum officially announced its permanent location will be in the old Quincy Paper Box building, located at 230 North 3^rd street. The property was built in 1890, and some may recall they created shoe boxes, candy boxes Valentines Heart boxes, and other specialty items during their tenure from 1921 to 1991.

-Get Ready to meet some Tropical Birds of Paradise! We will have special winged visitors Willow, Howie, and Sunny in Wednesday the 16^th!
