News & Views from Campus: December 24^th – December 30^th

-Cottage Community Center (30D): Tuesday, 430pm: Triple Yahtzee. Wednesday, 1pm: Ponytail Canasta. Thursday, 10am: Coffee Hour, 7pm Bananagrams (fun and easy word game played with tiles). Friday, 1:30pm: Scrabble. Saturday, 1pm: Dominoes.

-ATTENTION COTTAGERS: We are still meeting for lunch every Tuesday and Friday in the main dining room at Noon! All are welcome, and its only $5! This is just another way we can all get together and share fellowship, and we hope to see you there!

-Don’t Miss Entertainers Dennis Benjamin & Dave Huber on Wednesday at 1:30pm, and Tim Bealor on Thursday at 1pm!  

-The week between Christmas and New Years has come to be known as “Twixmas”, and has affectionately been pronounced as the week to do nothing! So, what goes on this week? In England, its known as Boxing Week, an extension of Boxing Day, in its current form, it is a day to box up and get rid of extra stuff, or regift unwanted gifts. But here in the states, it’s simply a time to DO NOTHING! So relax next week. Watch some great movies, catch some of the entertainers, maybe go play some games. Visit with friends and fellow residents. Or take an extra nap, relax, and recharge the batteries! We promise not to tell!
