News & Views from Campus: December 1st – December 7th

-Cottage Community Center (30D): Tuesday, 6:00pm: Game Night! Wednesday, 1pm: Ponytail Canasta. Thursday, 10am: Coffee Hour. Friday, 1:30pm: Scrabble, 6pm: Friday Night Fun & Games. Saturday, 1pm: Dominoes.

-Cherry Lane Cottagers are still gathering the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7pm at 2109 Cherry Lane Estates North. Come meet your neighbors for some good conversation and some tasty snacks!    

-Good Samaritan Home’s Annual Christmastime Memorial Service will be Tuesday, December 10th at 6:00 PM in the Wee Kirk Chapel.  Family and friends of loved ones who passed away are welcome to attend the service. We will also stream the service live on The Good Samaritan Home Facebook Page. An ornament will be hung on our Christmas trees in the chapel for each of our Residents and Cottagers who passed away in the previous year. 

This service is also open to anyone who would like us to remember a loved one in this way no matter when they passed away or where. To include other loved ones in this service, please call Chaplain Josh Vahle at 217-223-2455 x4491 and leave a message with your name and phone number and your loved one’s name and date of passing.
