Videos from Families
We have put a request out to families and friends to send us home videos with messages. These videos are being played on Channel 3. We have received a few messages so far, so watch Channel 3 to see if your family or friends appear!

Health Tips
· Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and warm water
· Avoid crowds of 10 or more people · Avoid touching your face
· Clean and disinfect surfaces around your home frequently
· Take care of your mental health, too – get plenty of sleep, stretch if possible, and take time to do an activity you enjoy

Where’s the Chaplain?
A unique take on Where’s Waldo with our very own Chaplain Josh! Each week, Chaplain Josh will be delivering Devotions from an unknown location. It is up to you to guess where he is! Keep track of your guesses each day, Monday through Friday, and turn them in to your Activity Aide on Friday for a chance to win a prize! Have fun and good luck!
Mindful Meditations
Enjoy a program of mindful meditations dedicated to helping you experience inner peace and calmness. Starting Monday, August 10th, Mindful Meditations will be broadcasted Monday – Friday on Channel 3 at 9:30 am.
