FACILITY-WIDE QUARANTINE
Due to an increased potential of COVID-19 exposure to our facility and under the advisement of the Adams County Health Department, we will be implementing further restrictions in our facility. Per this restriction, all residents in the facility will be quarantined to their resident rooms until further notice. As of April 28th, 2020, we continue to have zero confirmed cases of COVID-19.
It is the policy of Good Samaritan Home that the following procedure will be implemented until further notice. These procedures are being implemented under the recommendation and guidance of the Centers for Disease Control, Illinois Department of Public Health, and the Adams County Health Department to decrease the risk of COVID-19 transmission to our residents. All procedures are subject to change as conditions change within the surrounding community. Residents, staff, and families will continue to be updated with any changes. Visitors are still restricted.
