We have received the results from the first round of outbreak testing and there are no new positive cases. Visitation, communal dining, and group activities will resume starting today, 11/11/21. All residents who are not in quarantine can participate in indoor visits in their rooms, facility common areas, or designated visitation spaces, while maintaining physical distancing from other residents and families. Outdoor visits are allowed if the family member transports the resident from their room to outdoors. Please see the Resident Connection Programs Policies and Procedures for more details, resident eligibility, and visiting instructions.

We look forward to seeing you!
