Good Samaritan Home employs more than 300 people from Quincy and the surrounding area.  We seek to hire quality people and retain them.  Many benefits are offered to new employees including: meals; shift differentials; response pay for CNA's, LPN's, and RN's; safety incentive bonus; education, referral, and assistance opportunities; fitness center.  At 90 days, employees working 30 hours per week or more are eligible to enroll for health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.  Paid Time Off begins to accrue at 6 months and 401k is available after a qualifying period of employment.
